I haven't received my payment for the recent charging season. What should I do?

If your ev.energy app has successfully captured your charging data but you have not received your incentive check for the October–March or April–September seasons, please follow these steps:

  1. Check for "Offline" or "Disconnected" Notifications Review your email history for any notifications from ev.energy regarding a connection loss. If your equipment was disconnected for an extended period, it may have resulted in incomplete data, preventing a standard incentive payout for that period.

  2. Verify Your Enrollment Status Ensure your account was fully registered and "Active" during the season in question. If your enrollment was incomplete or your utility felt certain requirements weren't met, payments cannot be processed.

Please check our FAQ guide:

2. Contact the Payment Vendor Directly

If your account is correctly registered and your charging data is visible in the app, the next step is to contact Resource Innovations. They are Eversource’s official rebate partner and handle the processing and mailing of all checks.

Resource Innovations can help you:

  • Confirm the status of your payment.

  • Reissue a check to your home address if it was lost or mailed to an old address.

  • Verify the mailing address on file.

Contact Information:

  • Email: EversourceMAResidentialEV@resource-innovations.com
  • Phone: 617-702-0009

Note: ev.energy provides the charging data to Eversource, but we do not process or mail the incentive checks. Please contact Resource Innovations directly for the fastest resolution.

If the rebate vendor determines that a follow-up action is needed from ev.energy, they will contact our support team directly to resolve the discrepancy.
