What happens if I miss my monthly incentive?

If you don't meet the charging requirements for your tier in a given month, there is no permanent penalty or removal from the program. 


The only impact is that you will not earn the incentive payment for that specific month.

The "Fresh Start" Policy

The program is designed to be flexible. Every month is a new opportunity:

  • No "Strikes": Missing one month does not affect your ability to earn rewards in the future.

  • Next Month's Chance: You are automatically eligible to earn your next monthly incentive as soon as the new month begins.

  • Requirements: To qualify again, simply ensure you follow your tier's rules—such as maintaining an 90% off-peak average for Baseline or staying within your override limit during peak hours for Advanced.
