If you encounter an error while connecting your EV, it is typically caused by one of two things: a temporary service disruption or incorrect login credentials for your vehicle manufacturer’s portal.
To resolve this, please try the following steps:
Verify your credentials on web portal: Open your mobile browser and log in to your vehicle manufacturer’s web portal directly.
Verify your credentials on mobile app: Log out of your vehicle manufacturer’s official app, then log back in to ensure your account is active.
